01. Acceptance of Terms

03. Account Registration

To use win388 you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one win388 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Win388 uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on win388 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Win388 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your win388 balance promptly following confirmed receipt. Win388 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Verified accounts can request PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa same-day. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. Win388 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply.

Bonus-funded balances: Funds credited as bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been completed. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering conditions will result in the bonus being removed from your balance.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

Win388 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, per device, and per IP address. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Win388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Bonuses not used within their stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Win388 may apply maximum bet limits during bonus play. Placing bets above stated maximum bet limits while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes are all subject to their specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is offered.

06. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all win388 sports betting, casino, and live casino activity:

07. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, win388 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's most recently used payment method after verification is complete.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the win388 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Limitation of Liability

Win388 is not liable for losses arising from:

Nothing in these terms limits win388's liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Win388 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Where changes are material, win388 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the win388 platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
